Description
I started working on this as I was doing the Victoria 8 review at DigiSprawl but the cloth dynamics were taking (much fiddly), and the pose I had didn't really work with the dress. I'm still not happy with the cloth sim.
The main figure, obviously, is Victoria 8, but the rest of the environment was modelled in LightWave. The rails were UV mapped in UVLayout, and the image was postworked in PS.
